Thank you for allowing the Freedom Family to be a part of blessing your family this Christmas. Please fill out the form completely. Once you have submitted the form, you will be contacted with additional information regarding Angel Tree.

Who is eligible to participate in Angel Tree?

Angel Tree is available for those who attend Freedom Church or one of the other congregations who meet on the Freedom Carrollton Campus. Children must be between newborns up to 18 years of age.

What do I need to do?

Click on the link below and fill out the Angel Tree form. There is a section for your contact information and for each child eligible for Angel Tree. You can register up to four (4) children for a maximum of three (3) gifts each.

When do I pick up the gifts?

We have designated times when families can pick up the gifts. You will be notified via email for your specific time.

Where do I pick up the gifts?

You will be notified via email on where to pick up the gifts for your family. The gifts will be wrapped with your child(ren’s) name on it.
