God created us mind, body, and Spirit. When one is out of balance, it affects our overall well-being. Join us for this 6 week class on mental health starting Wednesday, July 9 - August 13 at 6:45PM in Room 200.
The classes are designed to:
❖ Equip participants with tools to navigate mental health while honoring their faith.
❖ Foster understanding of mental health challenges through a faith-based lens.
❖ Provide actionable strategies for maintaining spiritual and mental well-being.
These classes are held during our regular Wednesday Night services, so childcare is available.
