Pre-Production (March 11-13):

Vocal rehearsals, setup, and production run-throughs.

• Day 1 (March 14 - Live Recording):

  • Rehearsals with artists (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM)

  • Full production run-through (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

  • Pre-event meet & greet (6:00 PM)

  • Live recording at 7:00 PM

  • Post-recording vendor area and food trucks.

• Day 2 (March 15 - Conference):

  • Morning Sessions:

    • Registration, Worship, and a Songwriting/Worship Leading Panel.

  • Afternoon Panels:

    • Vocal & Mental Health in Worship

    • Social & Production Content Creation

  • Closing Session:

    • Worship, a message from Chris Durso, and a wrap-up.
