Angel Tree
Thank you for allowing the Freedom Family to be a part of blessing your family this Christmas. Please fill out the form completely. Once you have submitted the form, you will be contacted in December with additional information on pick-up dates and times.
Who is eligible to participate in Angel Tree?
To be eligible, you must be an active member of Freedom Church.
What do I need to do?
Click on the link below and fill out the Angel Tree form. There is a section for your contact information and for each child eligible for Angel Tree. Each family can register up to four (4) children; ages newborn to 16 years old. Each child will receive a gift card for clothing from the store of your choice and up to two gifts valued at $50.00 maximum, each. Requests for items exceeding $50.00 in value may not be fulfilled. Your child(ren)'s clothing sizes will be listed in the event that the purchaser chooses to buy clothing in addition to a gift card or toys.
The deadline to sign-up is October 31st. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this deadline.
*Please note: We encourage purchasers to buy the specific item requested. If for some reason, the item requested is out of stock or cannot be found, you may receive gift cards on behalf of the specific item.
When & Where do I pick up the gifts?
Each family will have a designated time slot to pick-up gifts. If possible, we ask that you refrain from bringing gift recipients (your children) to pick-up the gifts and that all gifts be exchanged at home with family. You will be notified via email of available time slots and location.
